Meg Beckum is an award-winning designer, writer and Executive Creative Director at Elmwood New York. Working in publishing and branding for more than two decades, Meg has developed identities, campaigns and experiences for some of the world’s most recognized brands including American Express, Bank of America, Danone, Haleon, Heineken, Kimberly-Clark and Verizon. Leading the Elmwood New York creative studio, Meg’s philosophy is simple: Design is power. She believes whole-heartedly that design is both a practical and potent tool for businesses and society—creating real value and meaning in people’s lives. Her work has been featured in Fast Company, The Drum, Creative Boom, and Print Magazine. She was named a 2021 GDUSA Person to Watch in recognition of her talent, leadership, influence and community service.
